O.W.L.s readathon has come to an end!

Wow that was some ride. This was my first time taking part in the O.W.L.s readathon, and it was amazing! I read so many books this month, but only some qualified for this readathon prompts.

My career of choice was Mind Medic since that’s the equivalent of Psychiatry in the real world, and that’s what I’m majoring in. I had a structured TBR but I felt really panicked following it so I quit that, and just ended up reading whatever I felt like.

For the career of Mind Medic there are 8 required exams. Without further delay, here’s my wrap up!

📘 Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor

I read Strange in 2018 and it became by far one of my favorite books. So complex and imaginative and it features a librarian going on an adventure! Just the book for Ravenclaws.

📘 A Wrinkle in Time  by Madeleine L’Engle

A Wrinkle in Time was a pretty strange little book but with lots of knowledge which I think every Ravenclaw would appreciate.

📘 A Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson

I can assure you that Sorcery of Thorns is a Ravenclaw book. Our main character lives in a great library where they keep magical Grimoires in check. Also, the books whisper and some talk!

Or perhaps in Slytherin,
You’ll make your real friends,
Those cunning folk use any means,
To achieve their ends.

I can’t recommend this book enough for Slytherins. Are you looking for a book with cunning, cleaver and ambitious characters and plot? this here is a book you should definitely try.

Vicious is another book that should be at the top of your reading list. I read it this year and I can’t explain how happy I am that I picked it up. The anti-hero/villain plot is so complex and just such an amazingly written book. Vengeful is just as good as the first one too!
