O.W.L.s readathon has come to an end!

Wow that was some ride. This was my first time taking part in the O.W.L.s readathon, and it was amazing! I read so many books this month, but only some qualified for this readathon prompts.

My career of choice was Mind Medic since that’s the equivalent of Psychiatry in the real world, and that’s what I’m majoring in. I had a structured TBR but I felt really panicked following it so I quit that, and just ended up reading whatever I felt like.

For the career of Mind Medic there are 8 required exams. Without further delay, here’s my wrap up!

💌 Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling ★★★★★ 📚

Another reread for #Potterheadreadalong19 done! I was sick during the first few days of February so I had this little book to keep me company. Always a great feeling to revist the world of Harry Potter.

💌 A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab ★★★★ 📚

I’ve had this book on my shelf for about 2 months now, and I can’t explain how much I regret not reading this book sooner. The world building and the characters in this book were just amazing! I knew I would love it but this is too much.

💌 The Black Coats by Colleen Oakes ★★★ 📄📖

The Black Coats was a really unique book. I can’t say It’s my favorite but I did really enjoy it.

💌 Sincerely by F.S. Yousaf ★★★ 📄

I was sent a copy of this book by the author in exchange for an honest review. This collection of poetry was lovely and very simple.

💌 Pilu of the Woods by Mai K. Nguyen ★★★ 📖📄

The most adorable graphic novel that ever existed. I’ve never cried over a graphic novel but I suppose there’s always a first time for everything. A story about love and grief with the most gorgeous illustrations.

Release Date: April 16, 2019

💌 Five Feet Apart by Rachael Lippincott ★★ 📖📄

Five Feet Apart was a really sweet story with a great educational background on what it’s like to have CF. I’m mostly excited for the movie though since I didn’t connect with the characters much.
